When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our multiple shipping warehouses all across the globe. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. 

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 5 - 6 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 5-6 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 12-30 business days for delivery (depending on location).

 

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@mybootyflex.com All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@mybootyflex.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:
    - Your order number.
    - A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

SHIPPING POLICY & TERMS

COVID 19:

If your parcel will not reach you within 60 business days (including COVID 19 delays) we will issue you a full refund or offer a replacement parcel - it is up to client to decide which option they prefer.

GENERAL:

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

If you refuse any shipments from www.mybootyflex.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. Booty Flex does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 7-60 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a few days to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

In some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. We and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you as we does not cover additional customs fee charges. We are not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
